Hi my name is Roger Ahuja and I’m going to take a moment and show you how to print grid lines in an Excel spreadsheet. So I’m going to open up the spreadsheet that I’ve got over here and if I go to file and then print I have a preview here as you can see there’s no gridlines there. So if I go to page layout and just check this box that says print gridlines now if I go to file print, I’ve got gridlines around it. Now it’s only around the text. If I want to do where it’s on the whole page, I would highlight this area click on print area and hit set print area and then now if I go file print, all the grid lines are there. One thing to point out if I go to sheet 3 and enter some information here real quick. And then I go to file print, it doesn’t do that on that sheet. It’s specific to each sheet and that’s it.
